When I read this book it triggered my memory; about 3 0r 4 decades ago I came across a similar book with a similar title. I remember that it was dated 1946. The date was easy to remember because that was the year I returned to civilian life.

We have used the techniques described in this book for years with good success. It is well written but a warning: exercises might be too difficult for elderly readers.

I have been doing yoga for 16 or so years, and have known about the 5 tibetan rites for several years. What I didn't know until I read this book is where this set of exercises came from. This book was easy to read, and to the point of how this set of 5 exercises can help improve your level of fitness and well being. It also gave me incentive as to how beneficial adding this routine to your yoga daily practice can be.
