I love this heart rate monitor! It is easy to use and quick to set up and learn. You can record your weight and the watch will keep track of how many calories you are burning as you work out. The watch is so cute...it is really nice to put on something feminine, rather than the ugly masculine hrm I was using before. The best thing is not having to wear the chest strap. It also came with an extra band, which is black/blue, and a little book filled with information about being healthy and fit. It was well worth the money.
Rating:  - Watch worked for 5 months and then company would not repair. Don't buy anything made by this company.
After using the Mio Shape Select Petite (purchased at a cost of $109.99) for five months with good success, the two buttons on the left side stopped working. Thinking that the watch was still under the one-year warranty, I called the company to get information on how to get it repaired. After 45 minutes, I finally got through to customer service. They insisted that I had to take it to a specific chain of jewelry repair stores to get the battery replaced even though the two buttons on the right side of the watch were still working. I was given an 800 number to call for a nearby location of one of these stores. The customer service agent at Mio, Vilma, refused to give me any information on where to return the product in case the problem continued after I replaced the battery, insisting that I would need to call her at her extension again to get the information. Even after I explained that it had taken me 45 minutes to get through the first time and I would appreciate having the address to send the watch just in case the battery replacement didn't fix the problem, she still refused. Additionally, after calling the jewelry repair company, I found that there were none of the specified jewelry stores within one hour of my location, and if the Mio watch is not re-sealed after battery replacement by this specific company, Mio will not warranty it any longer. So, I am guessing that if I get the battery replaced at my local jewelers and it does not fix the problem, and I call the company back, they'll say that it was not Mio's "authorized jeweler" and refuse to fix the problem under warranty, instad offering me to fix it with a hefty repair charge. The company has a product that is expensive, hi-tech, and complex, but does not have the customer support or the willingness to give adequate long-term repair support. I would not recommend purchasing this product or anything else made by this type of company. I will update the status if there is any change on the part of the company re. their willingness to adequately warranty their product.

I really like this watch. It's a little big larger than I expected, but I like the instant pulse readout and timer features. Kinda pricey... but I guess you get what you pay for, and overall, it's a great product.
