Rating: - Works fine, if you're sitting still.
I bought this watch to replace the HR monitor I use currently, which needs a strap around my chest that I hate and wish I didn't have to use. This one is strapless but what the description doesn't indicate is that you have to press and hold buttons on the watch with two fingers for a number of seconds for it to register a heart rate. In other words, it doesn't continuously record your heart rate, but rather collects "samples" whenever you press on the buttons, and then averages those samples, which, depending on your dilligence and ability to use one or no hands during your workout, may or may not give you a realistic picture of your cardio efforts overall.
Rating: - Huge Disappointment
Sadly, I was suckered into buying a Mio Watch (including the Shape Select Petite) three different times. I had to purchase three because the first two broke and the third one finally broke last week. None of them lasted more than 4 months. And for the rather high price, 4 months is an extrememly short amount of time.
Rating: - Excellent Watch/Heart Rate Monitor
This is a great watch/heart rate monitor. It has all the features of a watch and it is really cute! I love the calorie counter! I especially love it when I worked out really well and I have a calorie deficit...so I can eat more! It has really helped me in ensuring that my workouts are efficient. I definitely recommend this product. The only thing I didn't like is that the logos on the watch are nearly faded on mine and I only had it for 3 months.
