This book is a must-have for anyone who has ever struggled with being overweight. Its no-nonsense, direct approach, if followed, will help even the most weight-loss resistant become a whole new person. Since begining the book in September 2003, I have lost over 30 pounds, and gone from a size 24 to a size 16. Just changing a few bad habits, and getting moving, has changed my life for the better. I highly recommend this book. My best friend bought me this book and another book called The Truth About Caffeine : How Companies That Promote it Deceive Us and What We Can Do About It. Since he knows I quit black tea recently, he's been really wonderful helping me in cope with my mood swings. This book is a labor of love I loved the book and don't miss coffee one bit. Good, practical, common sense approach to dieting. None of these miracle diets that you can see around... -- Enjoy your food, eat most of the foods you like, just chew them well, follow some simple food combination guidelines, and don't let your stomach direct your actions! In that sense the book reminds me of another great book titled Can We Live 150 Year? Get them both and safe of shipping charges

You can either join the group who have worked and continue to work hard and consistently to apply his advice - and SUCCEED - or you can join the other group who are quite determined to remain dogmatic (but also to remain huge) - they would rather exercise their big fat mouths than their big fat butts!
