This was a great way to keep track of how many calories, fat, and carbs you are consuming. I like the fact that the first few pages where facts about watching what you eat and exercising. A must have if you are trying to journal and don't quite know what you should be writing down.

This book is great. I started using it w/ the intent of eating better and understanding what I am eating. I've lost 4 1/2 pounds in the 10 weeks of using the book and I was just using the book to eat better not lose wieght. I've bought another book so I can continue using it and have recommended it to friends that are now using.
